In 2018, the inception of Mulambo Training & Consulting marked the realization of a vision by Mr. Mulaudzi Mboneni Stanley, a dedicated educationist, to usher in comprehensive educational solutions across Africa. With a foundation in electrical engineering heavy current, Mr. Stanley earned his N6 qualification in 1996, and his professional journey encompassed roles ranging from train assistant and train driver to Senior Technical Training Officer. His extensive experience also spans more than a decade as a Curriculum Manager and operational manager.
Mr. Stanley’s academic and professional accomplishments encompass a diverse array of credentials, notably including:
- A Master of Education degree from the esteemed University of Johannesburg.
- Attainment of a B.Tech in Human Resource Management from the Central University of Technology (CUT).
- Acquisition of a Diploma in Education and Training Development Practices (ETDP Diploma) from the reputable Maccauvlie Learning Academy.
- Successful completion of a Project Management Certificate program from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
- Proficiency demonstrated through a Monitoring and Evaluation credential from the University of Pretoria (UP).
- Attainment of an ETDP Level 5 certificate.
- A Train Drivers diploma.
- Expertise in Team Leadership.
- Completion of a comprehensive Coaching and Mentoring program facilitated by Enerst & Young.
- Competence in Internal Auditing of management systems aligned with ISO standards.
